Delivery Charges
At Al-Aziz Optical, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and safely. Our delivery charges are as follows:
- Within Pakistan: A flat rate of 200 PKR for delivery.
- International: A flat rate of 1800 PKR for delivery outside of Pakistan.
Delivery Timeframe
- Within Pakistan: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
- International: Orders are typically delivered within 10-15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
- Specialized Orders: For customized or specialized orders, delivery can take up to 15 days within Pakistan and up to one month for international orders.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Partners
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery of your orders. Our shipping partners include:
- Within Pakistan: TCS, Leopard Courier, and BlueEx.
- International: Pakistan Post
Delivery Address
- Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Missing or Damaged Items
- If your order is missing or you receive damaged items, please contact our customer support team immediately.
- We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it, which may include resending the missing items or providing a refund
